Tablet with Windows and Lte

Dear users, Im searching for tablet which have Windows and Lte – doesn’t have to be built in. I can use external modem lte but I must be sure it will work.
I live in Europe, so lte must works in europe.
What about chuwi devices, or cube – I saw them, they suits me but I dont know if they work with external lte modems.

I prefer 10-13”, would be great if it’d be hybrid tablet – but its not must-be option.

Please help me find something.
