Taskbar blinking / flashing

Hey guest, I have the dual boot TECLAST X98  Pro and booting normally like ussually, but now the taskbar always blinking / flashing. no program can open from the menu start or from menu all setting. So, no one can’t do without optional keyboard except ctrl alt dell to open task like task manager. Any suggestions as to the best way to ensure I can repaire that problem?
