Taxes and tariffs for USA shipping?

What is the cheapest way to get things shipped from banggood or other sites? Priority shipping and Air parcel register are both free on banggood. Does that mean if I choose priority shipping I would have to later pay tariffs once it arrives in the US? Is there anyway to by pass them? Is picking faster shipping reliable from sellers or do they all almost ship at the same time? Would it be okay to make a survey on the forums to see what shipping, dates, times, countries people have been using and what’s been reliable? Thank you for providing any useful information.
