    sorry for my English translator use.

    guearbest received from the tbook 10 defective, turning, leaves logo teclast, and does not advance does not start. Windows starts but nothing works,

    I recommend sending it to China? or can I fix it? as someone can help me? thank you very much.

    Hello,

    Impossible to boot on Windows with my Tbook 10 dual, black screen….

    What can I do? I don’t know how to reinstall windows 10 ; may be somebody can explain to me, I’m very disappointed…

    Android works fine.
