    Hello everybody,

    My new Tbook 10 dual is unable to boot on windows (black screen blinking).

    May be somebody can explain to me step by step how to reinstall it?

    I’m very disappointed because Gearbest can not help me and I don’t want to send it back in China.

    Android works fine.

    A tutorial in French would be appreciate.
