Tbook 10 Windows does not recognize my password

I deleted a user account from the command prompt, to restart, however, the tablet does not recognize my password. I would like to start the tbook in safe mode, but I haven’t a keyboard. Is there a way to start the safe mode without a keyboard? I also have a Teclast X16 pro and in this model if I touch the display to reboot comes a small virtual keyboard, how can I do the same thing on tbook 10? Please help me!

Try these steps to access safe mode:

1. Boot to Windows 10 login screen. Click the Ease of Access icon at the bottom right corner and select “On-screen keyboard“.
2. Hold down the SHIFT key on the virtual keyboard and don’t release it, then click the Power icon and select “Restart“.
3. Choose Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart, you can then access Safe Mode at bootup.

If you couldn’t login in safe mode, you might need to use password tool such as PCUnlocker Live CD, Offline NT Password & Registry Editor, etc.

Thanks, but I can not use your procedure because they no longer recognize my password.
I launched the tablet when I turn it off at the start you see the symbol “Teclast”. Repeat this 3 times. The fourth time you start the windows recovery and I formatted the tablet them.
