tbook 11 sdcard on win10 does not work

for some days the tbook11 does not read the sd card in win10. It works sometimes on android. In windows you hear the sound when you insert or extract it but it does not read it. Device manager has two “sd memory class controller” items: one is ok, the other says Unable to start device. (Code 10). The sdstor.inf driver is up to date: how can I fix it? Thank you
