Tbook 11 turned off and wont turn on

Hey guys. i have Tbook 11. it turned off and does not turn back on. i have charged it and still nothing

 

held button for 10-15-60-200 seconds, nothing. any ideas?

I had a similar thing happen to a TBook 10 and I had to leave the tablet battery to go flat and it then booted up once I started to recharge it. If you look on other Teclast forums it occurs on a number of Teclast models on my TBook10 it only happens if I charge the tablet in Android and then only occasionally.

Damn! it was charging for a while now, so powering down will be hard without ability to turn off.

 

do you know how to drain the battery?

The tablet is still using power even when off just leave it for a few days or so.

It happened to me while normal using… any solution to this ? If not I think I have to refund him…

Hello I suffered the same problem, I am using the tablet normally when it doesn’t turn on anymore.  I am using Windows 10 before I booted my Tbook 11 and cannot do so.  I have followed instructions to hold power button  for  20seconds and release for 5 seconds then turn the power on again until it powers up.  Still nothing.  Please help guys.  It is frustrating this is barely 3 months and now won’t power on.  Any solution please.

Hello how are I modfique the settings in the bios and my tablet does not turn more reset can the tablet thanks bios

I have the same problem, tablet turns on and shows only the Teclast logo that disappears after 15 seconds and comes angain – this goes always in a never ending circle…!!! Has anyone information about a reset – I tried pressing the volume up / down button in several combination but nothing worked.
