Tbook 16 Pro battery and charging

Hello!

I bought the tbook 16 Pro, and i have a problem with the battery…

On Android mode, it’s abysmal. I mean, you can just sit there and watch it deplete a single percent every few seconds.

On Windows 10 mode it’s slightly better, but recently it just stopped charging beyond 82%. At first I thought it could be some kind od Windows utility that saves battery life, but i can’t fond anything of the sort. Also, it doesnt charge even when I turn it off – when Windows isnt running.

Does anyone have any idea what to do?

Hey, I´ve the same problem.

 

I´ve charged my Tbook after 1 second it was on 99 Percent 98  and so on.
