TECHLAST x10HD3G FLASH PROCESS

Hello All,    I am seeking the procedure and hardware requirements to flash my Teclast TPAD  X10HD3G dual boot tablet.     I have downloaded the roms drivers, bios, windows/Android switcher switcher etc.   Now I need the information on how to flash the roms please.     Te tablet bios starts and a tPAD boot screen displays then it just sits and waits.   See image attached.

Can someone point me to where I might read up on the process please.

You will need Intel Phone Flash Tool + https://software.intel.com/en-us/android/articles/intel-usb-driver-for-android-devices .

This works for my Chuwi Hi10 to flash the Android Image.

For Windows, you might be able to use a USB Flash drive with a copy of Windows 10 Install.
