To call me new at this is an understatement, as I’ve never really faffed around with Android tablets much before now. That being said, I’m hoping you’ll be able to help me out here!
Received the mentioned item, the M5C6 model over the weekend and it was working perfectly out of the box. Android 5.0 was perfect, Windows 10 was perfect. I didn’t feel like there was any need to faff around and flash it or anything. Well today, I turn it off from Android 5.0 with the intention of switching over to Win10 from the boot menu.
This is where it’s gone wrong. It didn’t do it, and instead it restarted the tablet. Now I find myself unable to even reach the boot menu, with it constantly and consistently just booting up the tablet, going to the Teclast logo, stopping and then restarting the process. It’s in an infinite loop of trying to launch the boot loader and honestly I have no idea where to go next.
When this happened, the device was not plugged in to anything. I am able to enter DnX mode where it’s awaiting fastboot command, but this is where my experience with Android stops. I’ve NEVER rooted and flashed a custom rom on any Android device. I don’t even know if that’s what’s required here frankly.
Looking for any guidance you can give. Pretty desperate at the moment – I’ve only had it three days :l
