Teclast Battery Replacement – Scarce support – where to buy?

This is for sharing my bad story with Teclast throwaway tablet and asking help.

on July 31, I wrote to Teclast asking the sales channel where to buy the battery replacement of my X80 Power (B2N3) (3.8V , 3800 mAh).

on August, 2, They answered: contact the reseller

on August, 2, I wrote to the reseller (Tinydeal)

since they did not answer,

on August, 11, I wrote to Teclast asking an alternative sales channel if the seller fails

until today the silence!

OMHO the Teclast support is poor, the battery is not to be found so … it’s a beautifull throwaway tablet

Does anyone know where to buy spare parts (battery, display, etc) for this tablet?

Darn good point! Although I can’t help you find the battery, I want to add my two cents by saying that the manufacturer has responsibility to its customers to supply spares!
