Teclast case With keyboard

Hi,

For me, the keyboard have to be paired each time you change the os. The case is fit even if you take the tablet out.

Can you please tell me if your keyboard came with any instruction? I have noticed that the keyboard came with pre-printed function labels on the letters q, w, and e stating for Android, for Win and for iOS. Just wonder if these mean that they can initiate special mode so you don’t have to unpair and pair each time you switch the OS.  I have made multiple to Teclast and Gearbest but with no answer.
