Hey Guys,
I recently got a Teclast F15 but I’ve been having intermittent problems with the wifi. I’ve update to the latest driver using the Intel Driver & Support Assistant. Sometimes after putting the laptop to sleep by closing the lid there is no network connectivity after waking the computer up. This has also happened randomly while using the laptop. Shutting down the PC and then rebooting solves the problem so I imagine it has something to do with drivers/power management.
I’ve attached the entries from the windows event viewer.
Is there a specific WIFI driver that I should be using?
Its detected as a Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 3165, and is running Windows® 10 Wi-Fi Drivers for Intel® Wireless AdaptersLatest version: 19.51.21.1Installed Version: 19.51.21.1.
Thanks,
NeilAttachments:

June 25, 2019 at 6:54 am #181086I have installed the WiFi driver from the F7 downloads section on the site which seems to have fixed it. Maybe try the same and let me know if it fixes the problem…
EDIT: This driver hasn’t fixed the issue – windows still can’t see the WIFI adapter intermittently

Let me know if you have any luck with them.
