I’m using Teclast F15 for more than 6 months without any problem. Yesterday, It turned off due to low battery I put on the battery after 1 hour and it was showing red light for charging but when I turned on after more than 3 hours it wasn’t turning on. It was just showing a blue light when turning on and screen show for little then goes off. I have tried many times and the response was the same. I also tried while putting it on the battery but the response was the same. I put off the battery and tried to turn on without battery but laptop wasn’t responded nothing, no led. No when I put it on the charging it show red light for a while but then goes out.
Anyone who can help me solve this problem?
