Please better describe how your computer starts. Does the screen power on? Does your power light come on? Maybe your screen does not power on, and your power light flashes? To know what the problem is, I need more information.
I don’t see how I can give you more details about the problem, I recently posted 2 videos on YouTube (links in my message) that illustrate the problem well.
I bought the Teclast F5 from Banggood for Christmas and the protective plastic film is still on it (new condition).
Banggood does not want to help me at all and yet the computer is still under warranty !
Impossible to start the Teclast f5.
I press Power and the screen stays black. The PC won’t start !
I tried to stay press the power button for at least 20 seconds, the power light flashes once but the Teclast F5 still won’t start.
The problem remains the same after testing on 2 different chargers.
I have had the same problem, no led turns on when I press start. It happened after fully charged and died. if anyone has the solution, please. I tried pressing start in various ways 20 s, 1 min. several times in a row, with other keys at the same time …
