Teclast F6 plus wifi issue!

Hello dears,

It is been 3 days since i bought my Teclast F6 plus, was happy with it till suddenly the wifi stop working.

When i go to Device manager>>>Network adapters>>Intel Dual Band wireless-AC 3165 adaptor it says

the driver is installed but it looks like it is not!

Wifi is not working, can’t catch the around networks!

I have installed new driver for the wireless adapter, still same.

I have uninstalled the latest windows updates still same.

No LAN no WIFI it is really an issue.

Any one could fix this issue please?

Dears,

I been talking to Microsoft support today and they said that my windows is up to date but the bios of

my Teclast laptop is old, i think it is true because i faced the problem after updating my windows.

if it is possible i need the latest bios for Teclast f6 plus.
