    i have only high praises for my teclast f7 plus until yesterday all of a sudden its screen went to Bios screen.

    after reading forums, i was surprise that it seems im the only one having this problem.

    i have no knowledge on laptop so i really dont know what to do. but i noticed that on the boot screen, i dont have the boot option #1 (EUFI: built in EFI shell). on the boot option priorities i only have fast boot.

     

    i wonder if that is the problem. and is there a way i can fix the issue.
