I bought a teclast f7 plus from gearbest about three months ago and I found a strange problem-
When starting in the morning, pressing the power button turns on the PC status LED but the screen remains black and does not start.
the computer, it seems if disconnected from charge for a long time, does not turn on,or better, turn everything on except the screen (by all I mean the blue led).
Twice, after more attempts 1/20 the pc has turned on i don’t know how. And then nothing more, only the blue led turns up.
Please, I need help.
