Teclast Master t10 big Issue/don't respond/screen black&white

Hello,

My teclast t10 just crashed for no specific reasons. It might be due to an update. The tablet does not respond anymore and the screen is black with white stripes. I looked online to try to find a solution and I have found several persons who have the same issue…

This guy already posted 3 videos showing the problem :

I tried to update the firmware (as he did on the video) but it is the same. The update is successful but the issue is still there…

Any suggestions ?
