My mom bought me a teclast pro x2 last year while she was in china, did a clean install of windows 10 on it because it came with a Chinese OS and I couldn’t figure out how to change the display language to english.

The tablet worked fine for a little while but then I started getting blue screens, so I did recovery, worked for a little while, then it didn’t so I did a clean install.

and it worked really well for a little while and then today I started getting the blue screens again, sometimes while it was just sitting on the desk doing nothing. so I tried to do a clean install using the latest windows  media creation tool right off the microsoft website and now it’s giving me blue screens while it’s trying to setup windows and it freezes during the first startup.

All the blue screens say “critical process died” and “the application or operating system could not be loaded because a required file is missing”

any chance it’s because the cpu is overheating of a bad connection from the sdd?

if anybody has any idea please let me know because I’m going insane trying to make this thing work. I’m going away and need something to do work while I’m away from my office.
