Teclast T40 Air hard reset

I bought my father Taclast T40 Air tablet.

He claims that during the setup process he got to a page where a password is required to continue, but he doesn’t remember to enter any password during the setup. Now he can’t login because once you start or restart the tablet, a lock screen password is required, but we don’t know what to enter.

I want to do a hard-reset to start the setup anew. How can I do it?
