same here,, but for wifi, i doesn´t not detect wifi in both systems, any solution? thank you
May 17, 2016 at 4:36 am #37624Thankfully my wifi is fine.
I tried some other broadcom drivers but no improvements.
Probably unrelated but when i checked in windows for new drivers i got a firmware upgrade.
May 25, 2016 at 7:07 am #38533Works fine on android and windows. I could connect the microsoft bluetooth wedge keyboard, a microsoft bluetooth mouse and also a logitech bluetooth mouse. Recovering from keyboard-sleep mode works better in windows than in android.
I had one bluescreen of deadth, which I think because I wanted to install two devices at the same time, in windows.
Also I found, that I have to be patient. The installation progress bar in windows seems to lag and sometimes the devices work already and the installation finishes a few minutes later.
I might lookup the driver version, if you want me to do so.
May 25, 2016 at 7:18 am #38534Regarding the Wifi:
- When I got my device WIFI was that terribly slow, that it was unusable! Also moving away 5 meters from the router gave lost connection and I could not reconnect. I really was disappointed. I was asking myself i the 2.4 Ghz N-Card was not up to the latest standards (5 Ghz and AC-Card).
- I analysed my router settings the next day and found, that I had some presets, limiting channel selection. You know, I already had 20 devices (family) and a repeater connected without any problems, I really was judging about chinese quality, because this was the first and only device which had these problems. -> I had set the channel fixed to 11, because of neighbourhoud interference analysis. After I set the router to choose itsself from the full range of channels. The tbook 10 connected perfectly with good signal strenght even in other floors and rooms. It did nevermore loose connection.
- Yesterday, when I got my bluescreen while installing simultanously bluetooth mice and keyboard I did a wifi-roaming from one access-point to another (moved the device from one floor to the next). The I found a yellow “attention – sign” in the taskbar beneith the wifi-logo, but still beeing connected. I touched it and the bluescreen came up. – So im not quite shure, even after reading through the event logs, what exactly caused the crash. the wifi or the bluetoot.
