Teclast Tbook 10 turns off when it is in suspension

Hello, I recently purchased the Teclast Tbook 10 and I have a problem on it.
When I’m in Windows and put the tablet in sleep mode or there goes alone after not using it, after a few minutes the tablet goes out and does not wake when I touch the power button, I have to hold down the key and then rebooting. When the tablet will restart, however it is strange because the tablet password does not ask me to access that I have set. Any of you have the same problem? How can I solve it?
