Teclast Tbook 11 Bios bin

good afternoon, I intend to use some help if possible.
I bought a tablet Teclast Tbook11, the “windows” works great. I can’t reach the “android”.
In the package insert accompanying the tablet says to access the “android”, after turn off, press the ON/OFF buttons simultaneous & sound + journeyed this procedure opens with windows.
Connecting the tablet will soon open the windows, I think it should appear the two hipóses (android and Windows) to select where I intend to go.
If any buddy can help thank you.

Good evening, I wonder if there is any other way to rewrite bios without eprom? I’m with tbook 11 that is not booting Windows, it always stays in the recovery mode loop. I’ve already done everything and nothing.
