Teclast TBook 11, Display Black

Hello,

the display of my tbook stays black no lights no logo nothing after starting, i connected it with another display to see if the tbook is defect or batterie low but the tbook itself runs perfectly. can anyone help me?

 

oh, and if i start the tablet connected to the external display it shows “i2c hid device failure”

 

i tried factory reset power button and volume –  but the tbook just booted

When does it say that the i2c hid device failed? Did you mess with bios settings? Have you tried reinstalling drivers?
