Since no one is responding anymore to my pleas for help in the Teclast page, I shall reiterate my problem here:
I’m having a big problem with my Tbook 11. I just got it yesterday and during windows 10’s downloading of updates, I powered it off and I got a preparing to shut down message and I let it charge overnight. Now the charging light is off even when plugged in and now it won’t reboot to Windows nor Android.
I can’t send it back either as shipping to China is too expensive. Should I open it and disconnect the battery? I really need this for work and I really need help.
