I have a Teclast TBook 16 (E3J2) It worked perfectly until a couple of days without doing anything out of the ordinary, It will not start on Android, although still works perfectly on Winndows. It keeps the static logo “Teclast” and longer wait never gets to boot.
I would like to know if there is any way to make a “Factory reset” without going into Android, because I can not. I tried to do it from the bootloader and from the recovery, but does not give that option. If it can not, Could I download and re-install the ROM? Where do I download it, if it can?
I tried to find information online, but I do not know if it’s because it’s new, or why, but I find nothing about this model.
It’s a shame that this has happened to me without knowing why, because I love this device and have the keyboard and everything.

Tengo una Teclast TBook 16. Funcionaba perfectamente hasta hace un par de días, que sin hacer nada fuera de lo normal, no me arranca en Android, aunque Winndows sigue funcionando. Se queda con el logo de Teclast estático y por más tiempo que espere nunca llega a arrancar.
Querría saber si hay alguna forma de hacer un “Factory reset” sin entrar en Android, ya que no puedo. He intentado hacerlo desde el bootloader y desde el recovery, pero no da esa opción.
