Teclast x2 Is Useless… Please Help

Hi guys,

I’ve recently did a clean install of windows 10 and nothing has been working correctly ever since.

The reason why I did the clean install is because everything was crashing and freezing up.

I suspect it was malware or something of the like but malware software did not help.

So here’s what I did so far…

1. I downloaded the drivers – used double dump for one of the folders, moved touchsettings.gi to it’s correct place, and actually I don’t know what to do with the folder named “Windows 10 drivers”.

Here’s what’s happening…

1. Start menu doesn’t work, none of the buttons at the bottom works.
2. Internet Edge doesn’t really work, or it does and it’d be super slow and glitchy.
3. Touch doesn’t work. I’ve restarted several times and drivers are up to date in the “manage drivers” section.
4. Rebooting is strange, it went white screen a few times before it loaded windows
5. Chinese logo disappears for a second and reappears – never happened until recently.

Basically my tablet is useless. Nothing is working 🙁

How can I fix this?

Has this ever happened to you and what’d you do about it?

Fixed most of my problems..

So I’m just having trouble with the driver. there’s a folder called “windows 10 drivers”.

There are no instructions in this folder on how to install the drivers and there’s a chinese program inside…

How do I install these drivers?
