    Dear all,

I have a really troubles with my X2 Pro. The desaster started with an automatic Win10 anniversary update, which destroyed my Win10 Installation. No hardware drivers where available, no wlan, no keyboard, no mouse worked.

To solve this ugly situation I tried to roll back the Win10 installation, which destroyed the installation totally. Actually I have following situation:

    • By switching ON the X2 Tablet the Teclast Brand logo appears for app. 3 seconds and than the Tablet is restarting again. After a couple of seconds the Teclast Brand logo appears aagain and reboot is coming again as it seems that the Teclast Boot system does not find a WIN10 installation.
    • The X2 is running in this loop again and again.
    • Keyboard does not work and it seems that there is no chance to jumpĀ into the BIOS Mode without any connected Keyboard too.

Do you have any hints for me, how I am able to come into a mode, where I am able to reinstall WIN10?

Thanks for your help, I am still despaired!

do you use the keyboard of teclast or a normal via usb?

try pressing f2 after you pushed the power button, if this isnt working, try to boot via linux usb stick or an external dvd drive.

    good luck

Thanks for the reply. Wether the Keyboard (original Teclast Keyboard) nor the Buttons on the tablet are sensitive to push the device into the BIOS mode. There is no reaction, just rebooting the device all time.

Does it help to remove the battery from the tablet? I am very frustrated, the tablet is 6 months old and now useless, ready for trash.

any further hints are very welcome..

    Thanks guys
