Connect up hdmi cable to a TV or monitor and see if you have any image output, if you do the screen is faulty.

Also try holding the power button for 14 seconds, then wait 5, and then hold the power button down for 5 seconds and see if it powers on.

Ask your seller for a solution.

Hey, Chris!

Thanks a lot for Your advice!! I have X2 Pro. When I install Office 365 installation after few hours freeze (loading screen was on 50%). I close installer and reboot Windows. After it starts I noticed i cannot use touch screen oor windows touch button. I click hardware power button. Screen turns Black. And thats all. Device has approx 50% battery. Nothing happened when I press or long press power button. Then I found Your advice – and it works !!!

Can You tell me, what is this combination?

I know that there is no hardware reset button and I was worried that I must send it back to China (or EU warehouse) with a lot of costs.
