Teclast X4 heat issue

Hello, I got my X4 a few weeks ago, but since the beginning I am having issue with the heat from the CPU. For normal tasks, like surfing the web and watching youtube the tablet gets really warm. Sometimes it gets as warm as 105 celcius. If I run Geekbench 4.0 it goes 100 c.

The tablet came pre installed, looked like someone at banggood installed some stuff on it, and remote control was turned on.

I havent touched BIOS, but here is how it looks for me:

Hopefully I just have to change some options in BIOS to get this issue fixed.

have you tried running it in battery saving mode? Mine so far is ok. I’ll have a look in the bios tonight to see if there are any difference. Are you using and charging the device at the same time?
