Basically follow these steps:
- download and extract the firmware archive
- open up the device manager of your Windows system
- look for the entry System Firmware beneath Firmware
- right click on it and select Update Driver
- in the dialog box that pops up choose I want to select a local folder and navigate to the location to which you extracted the archive
- Windows will copy the new firmware files and ask you to restart the tablet
- during the reboot the system will install the new firmware and might reboot multiple times
- stay tuned and wait until Windows comes up again
