Teclast X80 Plus don't start

I upgraded drivers in Windows 10 (by drivers updater programm) and my tablet died. I think the programm upgraded a bios and other system files so tablet do not show an image on the display. BUT the Screen turns in black and i can push a power off button and he locks-push power on and the Screen turns in black.

I cant reboot in bios because i dont see anything, only black lighting Screen.
So what i should do to reanimate this brick?
