Teclast x80 pro charging power on issue

I notice this teclast x80 pro I have is turning on, automatically, when plugged into the charger (when it has some charge). As such I have been only able to charge it, when it is drained. I wonder is this a fault with the specific tablet, software related, is there a fix, is anyone else experiencing this, does it depend on the type of charging etc….

I would like to be able to fix it. Anyone else encountered this with this or any other tablet?
