They are both Windows 10 only at this stage. Unless this changes before they are released, I think they are still having issues with dual boot roms. They both have the same spec, but I think the qaulity of the Teclast should be a little better. And if the Chuwi Hi8 Pro does indeed have USB 3.1 type c (Rumored) that will give it the edge.
