I installed a 64gb SSD card into the Teclast X80 Pro. When I am in Android, it can see, read and write to the full size of the card, however when I boot to Windows, it is no longer read or seen.

If I use a USB stick, the same stick can be read and seen by both OS’s, albeit songs loaded on the stick cannot be seen by both OS’s, despite being MP3’s. Only Windows can see/play them.

If I load the SSD card into a Usb reader, it can be seen by both OS’s, albeit again, only Windows can see/play them.

I thought at first it maybe because I loaded the songs in Windows 10 Pro 64bit, but remembered ALL my songs on both Windows and a Variety of Android OS’s (4.4, 5.1 and 6.0) can all read both the SSD and USB sticks and see/play the content. So I’m wondering if this is a fault of this Tablet?

If anyone has any experience of this, I’d appreciate it.

Well after messing about for the longest time trying to get Win 10 to see/use the TF Card, the internal SSD is now locked so I can’t even do a recovery. However it is only locked to Windows, Android can still see/use it perfectly.

I have come to the conclusion, it is not the Tablet but some flawed windows updates installing drivers that do not work. I have decided to not ever use Windows ever again on a tablet or any other device, than my static PC which it works well.

I can do everything I need on Android.
