    You updated to the dual boot BIOS under Windows, I assume ?

    Did you then go straight to installing the Lollipop V3 build ?

    If so, when you installed Lollipop V3, did you select the “Flash full with partitioning” option ?
    That is the only way that it will work AND it will wipe your Windows install as it repartitions the eMMC.

    You then have to install Windows which requires you to connect a USB hub to the tablet and connecting a wired USB keyboard and two USB flash drives to the hub.

    When powering up your tablet, make sure you hold down the volume+, then press and hold the power button with the volume+ until you see the OS selection menu.

    Is Windows still booting on your tablet ?

    Has Android (any version) ever booted on your tablet ?
