After a simple windows update my X98 Air II HG9M doesn’t turn on anymore.

I realized that during the process a BIOS update occurred.

Does anyone know how to fix it?

update: teclast support said “Please download the firmware and re-install the OS

    http://www.teclast.com/en/firmware/ ”

I am not sure how to do that once the tablet is dead. It does not turn on anymore.

I asked about my files but no answer for now.

    Tks for your help.

Sometimes a dead tablet is because of a dead battery.  Check power source, or use a plug of 2.5A and above, and plug in overnight and see what happen.

    Bun, you are right.

I did that already, but without success.

In my case when it happened the battery was almost full and it was charging.  I observed the process and can affirm it was not the battery.

Thank you for your attention … teclast support  stopped answering my emails. 🙁
