    Hi all,

    Sorry for this first post.
I am new with my teclast and I have been having few problems and the support from where I have bought my tablet is horrible.

I have bought a dual boot tablet and it arrived only with android. Also, I bought a 64Gb and my android data storage shows as only 16Gb.
Could you please help me with few questions:

    1) Is it correct to say I have received the wrong tablet because android shows as 16Gb and I have bought a 64Gb ?
    2) How do I fix dualboot to get windows up and running ?
    3) I normally use Plex for my videos and on my tablet, it stops after 2minutes of movie, is that normal ?
    4) All rooms and downloads here that says X98 3G also apply to my version ?

Here are two videos I have recorded
    -Starting up

    -Running movie with Plex

Thanks in advance for all your help.

    Cheers,
    Luiz
