At Christmas I bought a couple of Teclast Air X98 III tablets so I could video call my parents, unfortunately using both Hangouts and Skype, they only show a very zoomed in video of the person your calling, (unless they stand about 8 feet back from the tablet).
I’ve been in contact with (dealsmachine) where I imported them from, but they keep asking me to wait a little longer for a response from the manufacturer, which has now been nearly 2 months. My own attempts to ask Teclast (several times) hasn’t got any response, so i was wondering if anyone else suffers the same “very zoomed” in video using those apps ?
The tablets are on the latest stock firmware, I’ve not modified them in any way.
Apart from that issue they work fine, but as they were bought for their large screen with the main purpose of video calls, I’m going to have to return them if there isn’t a known fix ?
Any other apps I could try (WiFi only)?
