Hello guys, I am new to this forum but I have read many of its topics.
I have recently bought a <b>TECLAST X98 Air III 9.7″ Retina Screen Android 5.0 Z3735F Quad-core 2GB 32GB Tablet PC w/ Bluetooth 4.0 HDMI ETC-475026</b> with Intel Atom Bay Trail-T Z3735F CPU, and I would like to install my own version of Windows 10 on it, possibly without having to keep Android, which I don’t need.
I have been researching for step by step guides and manuals or best practice but I couldn’t manage to find which one really applies to my exact model and works fine. Most of the guides I found seem to be focused on different models of the Teclast X98 (such as Air 3G, Air II, X98 Pro) but I am not sure which one should I follow to make the process easy and as painless as possible.
I also asked to the Teclast customer service where I could download an official firmware, and they answered that Windows 10 is just not supported on my model. I am wondering if they said so just because of their company policy or if my specific model really doesn’t work fine with Win10.
Could you please give some tips or suggest me a procedure\guide that works fine?
Do you think I could just try to boot Windows 10 install from a pendrive and delete the existing Android partition?
