Have you tried holding the volume+ on while powering up ? This should cause the tablet to display an Android and Windows icon. Tap the Windows icon and press the button with chinese characters on it. It should then boot into Windows 8.1
June 2, 2015 at 9:58 pm #5854You’re a genius! Thank you very much haha. All the instructions came in Chinese so i couldn’t understand any of them..
June 3, 2015 at 10:42 am #5857Glad that’s all it was.
Once you start dual booting, you will probably notice the time gets messed up when you switch OSes.
Do this in Windows to fix the problem:hit Start and type regedit.exe in the search box.
Hit Enter and navigate to- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\TimeZoneInformation
Right click anywhere in the right pane and hit:
New > DWORD (32-bit) Value.
Name it RealTimeIsUniversal, then double click on it and give it a value of 1.June 3, 2015 at 7:15 pm #5866thanks, i made sure to do that. Now what concerns me is the Microsoft office key. I can’t seem to find it anywhere :/
June 5, 2015 at 3:37 pm #5869I wasn’t able to get my office working either. It brings up a screen in chinese whenever I try to launch office.
I have tried all possible options and none of them activate office.June 8, 2015 at 2:17 pm #5895I wasn’t able to get my office working either. It brings up a screen in chinese whenever I try to launch office.

June 15, 2015 at 5:28 am #5966Hi Chris
First Let me congratulate you and your guys for helping us.
I have a problem regarding boot failure in both OS after a recent update(Thursday 11th June i suppose)
Windows failed to boot and displays this message in black and gray color
Windows Boot Manager
Windows failed to start, a recent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the problem:
1. Insert your windows installation disc and restart your computer
2. Choose your language settings, and then click Next
3. Click Repair your computer
If you do not have this disc, contact your system admin or computer manufacturer for assistance
File: \EFI\Microsoft\Boot\BCD
Status: 0x0000185
Info: The Boot Configuration Data for your PC is missing or contains errors.

In Andorid, when i tried to start it, it displayed your tablet is UPGRADING and after some time, it behave strangely and displayed this list
Use Vol+/- to select and press power button
Update via ADB
Reset to factory setting
Wipe cache
I tried several times to switch between two OS but only to see these two Messages
Finally, I tried to wipe cache and Reset to factory setting but it settled to the same status.
I failed to boot either OS.

I do not have original boot cd/android ROM. I think it is the case with all customers as they are not provided with Original Boot Cd, product key etc.

I had no problems with the tablet until recent update. I have successfully activated MS Office by registering MS account, changed language from Chinese to English, and installed some of my own applications successfully and used it for few days. While my usage with windows 8.1, i tried to run dxdiag and found pending issues for signature from OEM (i.e., Teclast).

Please help me find a way out. I am eagerly waiting for your kind help (may be for others too)

If you required original bar code/serial no for my tablet let me know.

Thanking you
