HI ,try this , it worked for me.

    1.run regedit.exe
    2.locate this path HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\TimeZoneInformation\
    3. right click add DWORD ,rename it as “RealTimeIsUniversal” exactly
4.double click and Change the value of the RealTimeIsUniversal key to 1.
5.set your current time and time zone in the clock and restart the system.
    6.switch os and check again.

Thanks this solved the problem in Win 10.

Unfortunately the clock in Android 5.1 is still wrong everytime I boot into it from Windows.

P.S. For some reason the Android clock is working now, same time as Windows

Raj Lak, thank you very much! My X98 Plus II showed different times in Windows 10 and Android. Did your fix – now both operating system display the same time.
