    Hi, I have upgraded the BIOS to version 3 http://techtablets.com/teclast-x98-plus/downloads/ from this link. Now my Teclast X98 plus II shows a short error when booting. Touchscreen does not work anymore… I had to connect mouse and keyboard to select os and later to work with the tablet.

    Any idea what happened?

    You flashed a Plus Bios in a Plus II tablet. Bad idea. Now you need a Plus II bios to reflash. I have no idea where to find one

    Any idea how I can get teclast x98 plus II original bios? .bin file
    Bricked bios after changing RAM setting on bios.
