I wrote a mail to teclast.es to find out about the availability in any eu-warehouse. I got the following reply :

2. From this place, we promote devices with European ROM, only (please, see below for differences) specially designed forEuropean markets.
3. We started our activity several weeks ago and, step by step and thinking about the user, we are doing presale procedures directly with EU warranty, new extra accesories and more advantages. In fact, the first batch (X98 PRO) was closed last 29Th Sept. and the batch quantity was not able to cover the high demand. We are working to close the date of the next batch but we do not have it, yet.
4. European ROM is a new option for EU countries because TECLAST adjusts devices on basis of the area so, you could find these versions:
a. Chinese version: For China country. All details (documentation, packaging,…) in Chinese. Chinese ROM. No many languages. All Apks in Chinese.
b. International version: For other areas like Malaysia, Korea,… no EU. All details (documentation, packaging,…) in Chinese. Chinesse ROM. Several languages. The most Apks in Chinese.
c. International version with European ROM: For EU. All details (documentation, packaging,…) in English and Spanish. European ROM. Several languages. No Chinese Apks. New EU Apks. new accesories (case, multiUSB cable…), EU warranty, EU approvals and many details.
