Read the posts on the forum BEFORE posting a new thread. There are several posts about this.
Start by connecting a USB keyboard, press Esc while the tablet boots to enter the BIOS. Set IGD Turbo boost to disabled.
If you’re using it in Windows, you need to change a few values on the Power profile. Check the 5TH STICKY post in this forum
Sticky posts are there for you to read BEFORE posting questions, as most answers are there.
November 19, 2015 at 6:06 pm #16130Hi,
sorry for my previews post I didn’t see the sticky or the other post about this problem I was just too upset for my tablet not working.
Do you know if after doing all what’s said in the other post it’s needed a bios update?
If I did understand correctly I should just change the bios settings as you said and then the power management from windows nothing else am I right?
Thank you and my apologies again.

IGD option is present in both BIOS version and there’s no need to update.

As I told you above, that’s explained on the 5th post in the list
Which tells you to download a .reg file from this site:
http://www.eightforums.com/tutorials/51043-power-options-add-remove-system-cooling-policy.html
That .reg file will add the “System cooling policy” to the power options, it must be in “Passive”, this is a tablet, not a laptop, it does not have a fan.
January 5, 2016 at 5:17 pm #21303Hello guys
I write to you again
because they are always in the same situationsome time ago
I followed your instructions
and I changed the setting in the bios
to prevent the tablet turn OFFafter the change for a few days it worked normally
but now he has started to shut down mysteriously
no chance turning it on againOnly after hours can turn the tablet
how can I fix it before providing warranty
thank you
