In my case after two weeks of initial testing I saw no real value to having 30 GB dedicated to Android, so I created a Windows 10 installation pen-drive using the Microsoft Windows Media Creation tool and set the label to WinPE. Booted with that, deleted all partitions on the tablet and proceed to install Windows.
If you have a Windows 10 ISO, use Rufus utility to create the pen-drive, it has worked fine for me too.
