Teclast x98 pro won't detect my usb flash

I recently buy brand new Teclast x98 pro and it have dual boot win10 and android but as I need all my space for windows I want to change my OS to windows only but what ever I do it wont detect my usb flash I use iso2disk and rename flash to winpe but no hope anyone can help me

In my case after two weeks of initial testing I saw no real value to having 30 GB dedicated to Android, so I created a Windows 10 installation pen-drive using the Microsoft Windows Media Creation tool and set the label to WinPE. Booted with that, deleted all partitions on the tablet and proceed to install Windows.

If you have a Windows 10 ISO, use Rufus utility to create the pen-drive, it has worked fine for me too.

dear friend i tey rufus bu still nohope and it is some thing i cant rename it to lowercase because of fat32 format and my uefi command prompt dont work and give me error

Problem solved using Rufus  using GPT partition and NTFS file system and Lower case label “winpe” it works like a charm
