Teclat TBook 10 S(E6N7) – Windows Boots to Black Screen

Hoping someone can help. Tried to update drivers on windows environment and all went well until trying to update graphics driver. Seems to have failed, and now cannot boot Windows, shows black screen instead after windows loading animation. Can still sometime get into windows recovery to reset pc, but has not helped. Also, tried creating USB Windows key for clean install, but the key does not show in the boot options in BIOS, and no “Add new boot option” menu item is available. Any help in fixing this problem is appreciated.
