The keyboard doesn't work

For several days the magnetic keyboard of my tablet does not work: when I connect it is not detected and can not use it both on Windows and Android. If I try to turn on/restart the tablet with the keyboard attached, the boot stops and starts again only if I unplug the keyboard from the tablet. Does anyone know how to fix? It can be a driver issue? Possibly where I take the keyboard driver? I broke the keyboard?
